Martin Leo Joseph Palraj is the Founder and Director of Athisya Foundation. He holds an MBA (IBMR, 2017) and a BE (Anna University, 2015), and brings a strong professional background in fintech operations, AML/KYC compliance, and regulatory reporting. He leads the Foundation's vision across education, health, women and child welfare, rural development, and environmental conservation, guiding its programs and partnerships from Thuvarankurichi, Tiruchirappalli.

Daniel Arockia Raj J — Secretary & Co-Director
Daniel Arockia Raj J serves as Secretary and Co-Director of Athisya Foundation. He completed his BSc in Computer Science at Joseph College, Trichy, and has run his own carving machine business for the past 5 years. Alongside his business, Daniel has been actively engaged in social service and charity work across Thuvarankurichy and surrounding areas, extending his involvement to community activities across Trichy district.

Dhivyamerlin S — General Secretary & Co-Director
Dhivyamerlin S serves as General Secretary and Co-Director of Athisya Foundation. She completed her BSc in Information Technology at Cauvery College, Trichy, and brings 4 years of professional experience as a coder and project coordinating executive/manager. She has been deeply involved in social service and charity activities in Thuvarankurichy and local areas, and also contributes to community initiatives in Chennai.
